UDR – 1301 Thomas Circle is a luxury high rise apartment building located near the trendy U street district. The request by our client for a total renovation resulted in a complete transformation. A polished, timeless and relevant design plan was delivered. The use of natural stone on walls and floor alike, along with custom intricate glass mosaic inlay design on the floor contributes toward the dramatic lobby. The elegant designed iron stair rail, custom fabricated by a true artisan, adds to the glamour. Accents on walls of mother of pearl mosaic and clean lined furnishings achieve the goal. The custom designed chandelier of crystal prisms has won an “outstanding custom lighting and best in category award”.

The party room was designed to create a warm and inviting, yet dramatic space. The use of hand scraped wood floors, mirror mosaic tile wall treatment, hand polished plaster walls with crystal highlights of vibrant colored accents accomplished the challenge.

The vibrant fitness center offers the extra push to get our workouts done. Bright colors mixed with custom oversize photos of fitness models, divider partitions and chain accents provide the high energy atmosphere needed.
