Waterfront Towers
Renowned modernist architect, I.M. Pei, designed The Waterfront Towers condominium building in the 1960s. Over 45 years later, The Bernstein Companies initiated a massive renovation that would focus on sustainable building practices, renewable resources, and high-efficiency systems. The design goal of Waterfront Towers was to add an element of comfort to the building while complementing the clean, minimal look inspired by the architect. The new interior elements blends seamlessly with the original features and have given new life to this iconic community landmark.
