This commercial office building is a little older than some of its ultra-modern neighbors, and needed to modernize to continue to add new value to the tenant. First - we moved the leasing office and gym. Next - we added a new, highly-connected, multi-function business conference facility. This included adding a kitchen for catering events. Finally - we created a breakout lounge with a mix of comfortable seating and business seating to give employees the feeling of being “off-site” without leaving the building. The result is not only that the tenant’s employees use the areas much more than they did before...but that the building itself can continue to compete for the best commercial tenants.
