Courthouse Plaza
The Courthouse Plaza renovation came with a challenge: turn a dark, windowless space into a multi-purpose room for a residential population of young professionals.
The goal then was to create an atmosphere of fun and function that would cater to the frenetic lifestyle and lively social habits of the Courthouse Plaza’s tenants. With the aim to create a hip, retro look and feel, the Linowes team proposed a balanced, neutral-toned color palette with accents of citrus orange, lime and lemon. We then illuminated the space with concealed lighting up above and a mod-inspired chandelier that puts more light at eye level. We created two distinct seating common areas and furnished it in a variety of vintage inspired furniture. This juxtaposition of old and new is a perfect fit for the contemporary vibe of Courthouse Plaza.
