What do you do with a penthouse level pool that no one uses? The team at Delray approached us to help solve this problem. Located high above Arlington, Virginia, the views from the pool room were fantastic, but since it was never used, the space was wasted. We reimagined what was possible with this space to capitalize on its biggest asset...it’s fantastic views. Then, we transformed this unused area into a sophisticated “Sky Lounge” that provides residents something they now use all the time. This was a small project that had a big impact and continues to help this property stand out in the midst of a competitive market.
