Waterside Towers
The renovation of the clubroom at Waterside Towers created extra amenity spaces for this property located next to The Wharf in Washington, DC. The new space incorporates a coral, gray and plum pallet with rich wood tones on the floor and accent walls. An open panel system in the center of the space creates a semi-private gathering area with large banquette seating. On one side of this area a lounge area with TV’s and game tables was designed and the other side incorporates a hospitality bar. The space to open yet provides semi-private areas so multiple tenants can share the space.
